J-LO CON ROLOS
"Rolos & Icons" was an exhibit by New York based artist M.Tony Peralta that premiered on Oct. 29th, 2015. Rolos & Icons is a collection of screen-printed paintings of powerful and iconic Latin women through history – donning the hair rollers, or rolos for Span-ish-speakers. The J-Lo Con Rolos, is an original canvas piece that Peralta was looking to showcase in 2020 but due to Covid 19. The new exhibit is a continuation of Peralta's Rolos & Icon series but has been postpone to next year. The print show's Jennifer Lopez in her iconic moment adorned in the now famous "Versace" dress.
