HARLEM RIVER SPEEDWAY TEE
Before it was called the Harlem River Drive, On July 1898 the Harlem River Speedway was open. Stretching from 155st to Dyckman, the speedway was a place where tourists can watch house and boat races. Inspired by thehistorical context of the strip, the new graphic is a reimagined Grand Prix race taking place Uptown.
